he construction of a chai furtif (literally, “stealth cellar”), with positive energy was a considerable step forward for the Château. We now make what was previously wasted a renewable resource by recycling CO2 into bicarbonate. This unique innovation was inspired by the principle of a circular economy!

We recover rain water, recycle waste water, have solar panels, transform vine cuttings into compost or use them for heating…. Everything is regenerated!
